These terms can change anytime without warning.

I take between 2 or 4 weeks to finish a commission once I start it, if you need it in a deadline I will add an extra fee to the price but please specify if you want it in a deadline when messaging me and don't be rude about it. I also usually update when I progress on the commission so the client stays reassured I'm working on it.

If you do not want me to stream or post your commission for any reason, please let me know when contacting me.

There might be things outside of my comfort zone that I don't draw ever or often but please ask first! I want to practice and If I feel confident enough I will accept the commission!

If by any chance I refuse the commission anyways please respect my decision. I might be uncomfortable with the idea or not be ready enough to take it. If possible I'll inform you If I know any artist that maybe could accept the idea!

I have the right to ask you to stop using anything you’ve commissioned from me if you have any abusive, homophobic, racist, mysoginist or predatory behaviour. I don’t want my art to be related to any of those things and if you see yourself in any of the behaviours mentioned don’t even bother contacting me.

I make the commissions in the order that I get paid for them.

If you have trouble explaining what you want, I don't mind brainstorming with clients and making as many sketches needed until we find what you want!

If you decide to cancel your commission after the sketch you're not allowed to use said sketch and I'm free to use it for other purposes as I see fit.

I will refuse any commission with abusive, homophobic, racist, mysoginist or predatory content.

Make sure to specify what you want and correct me in anything you don't like when I show the sketch so I can satisfy your request.

I do send updates from time to time on the process, If for any reason I don't, feel free to check in! Just be respectful about it and mindful that I have a life outside of drawing.

Mistakes made on my part in the commission will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when I make them.

The commission will be sent in a zip file either via email or via discord.

Payment will be done in euros € via Paypal. I will send an invoice once the sketch is approved and I won't start the commission until I receive the payment. For sketch commissions you can also purchase them through my ko-fi page and these will be paid upfront.

Once you're happy with the sketch make sure you really want the commission because once I get approval and receive the payment, I won't give any refunds.

For sketch commissions the payment will be upfront and I won't accept drastic pose/ideas change once I started with your idea.

I will not reduce my prices for specific commissions. Do not try to haggle with me or attempt to get a discount.

For more characters on the same commission, you will have to pay half the price of one character for each addition.

I am also allowed to charge more if I am designing a character from 0 for you.

These commissions are for personal use only. You are not allowed to sell my work or monetize it. You also shouldn't claim my art as your own, edit it, or edit/remove my signature.

In case of wanting to use my art for commercial purposes please contact me to discuss price and royalties.

You are allowed to post the commission on social media or use it as profile picture while you give proper credits on the post or bio.

I retain the rights to every image I produce. I am being paid to create these, not to transfer the rights to them.

You are never allowed to remove my signature or edit/trace my art and claim it as your own. This is art theft.

As mentioned before, you can't use your commission for commercial purposes, in case you are interested in that, make sure to contact me first to discuss price and royalties.

You won't sell any commissions received from me, including with NFT (Non Fungible Token) or any other kind of cryptocurrency.

You are absolutely not allowed to use the commission for any AI websites or anything related to it.

If you break any of these terms I will report you and if necessary warn other artists about you.
